Where are the Apartments located?
Two in Mahooz - Elite Four and Elite Two, 4 in Juffair - Elite Three , Elite Five, Elite Pavilion and Elite Royale, three in Seef District - Elite Seef Residence, Elite Tower and Elite Grande, one on Exhibition Road - Elite One.
Who is the Manager and who Owns the company?
The Group General Manager is Mr. Sarosh Aibara and the company is Owned by the Dadabhai Group.
What are the Rates for the Apartments?
Each department has a different Rate as per location and availability.
What are the Cancellation Policies?
Any Cancellation has to be done within 48 hours of actual booking otherwise a nights room charge is levied.
How do you come from the Airport to your Apartment?
We provide pick up and drop for our guests at a nominal charge.
Do you have your own Website?

Where shall we contact for Reservations?
The CRO - Central Resrvations Ofiice is located in Elite Suites Hotel at Seef Area handles the reservations. You may call on +973 17 558200.
Do you have the email ID for Reservations?

Do you accept Credit Cards and which type of Credit Cards do you accept?
Yes, we accept all major Credit Cards.
Do we have to make the Payment prior to Arrival?
Yes, an advance Payment for one night has to be made.
If its a 'NO SHOW' do you Charge one night retention or number of days of the booking period?
One night retention is Charged in case of 'No SHOW'.
How many number of persons can Accommodate in the Apartment?
One bedroom – 2 pax , two bedrooms - 4 pax and three bedroom – 6 pax only. An extra bed can however be provided on request on arrival.
Do you Charge for an Extra Person?
Yes we Charge 10 BD for an extra bed.
Do you have Special Rates for any companies?
Yes, Corporate Rates are charged as per usage and volume business per each company.
Do you have weekly rates, FORTNIGHTLY RATES OR MONTHLY RATES?
We have all three depending on customers request and requirement.
If we provide a Special Discount on long term bookings?
We provide a Discount on upfront payment of three months and above.
Can we make a Contract for 1 year?
Yes, a lease agreement for 1 year can be signed by the guest.
Can we Pay on monthly basis?
Yes, monthly basis Payment is also accepted on different terms and conditions.
What are the Documents required to process the Lease agreement?
1. Letter from company or business 2. Passport copy 3. Companies CR 4. Personal contact information 5. Payment in advance.
Do you have Villas?
Yes, we do, have five villas in Busaiteen.
Do you have Semi Furnished Apartments?
All the Apartments are Fully Furnished.
Do you have Arabic Speaking Person?
Yes, Arabic Speaking Staff are present for assistance. Please contact the reception for any help.
Do you Process Visas. What are the Charges. How long it will take to Process?
Yes, We Process Visas in some cases on request. The Charges are as per the Govt. Charges of the Immigration Department. The same is provided on day of arrival.
Do you have Security outside the apartments?
Yes, each Apartment has 24 hrs Security provided.
you have Special Rates for day use room?
No, we do not have Day Use Rate.
Do you provide Newspapers in the apartment?
Yes, we do provide Newspapers on prior request.
How many Bathrooms do you have in the apartments?
We have Bathrooms as per the number of bedrooms in each apartment
Do you have Separate Keys for the bedrooms?
Yes, we have Separate Keys for each room in an apartment.
Do you allow Sheesha in the apartments?
No, use of sheesha is strictly prohibited for fire safety.
Do you have Mini Bar in the apartment?
No, Mini Bars are not provided.
Do you have a Jacuzzi in the apartment?
Yes, in Elite Pavilion and Elite Royale only.
Do you have Apartment with the Balcony?
Only in Elite 2 , The Apartments have Balconies attached to them.
Do you provide Extra Pillows & Blankets?
Yes, we do as per request on arrival.
Do you provide Hair Dryer?
Yes, Hair Dryer is provided in every room.
Do you have Doctor on call?
Yes, there is a Doctor on call.
Do you provide Sweet Water in the apartment?
Yes, we provide Sweet Water at a charge.
Do you have Swimming Pool?
Yes, all the buildings have a Swimming Pool.
What is the Depth of the Pool?
The Depth is 5 ft max in all cases.
Do you have Steam / Sauna?
Yes, we have Steam / Sauna in all our buildings.
Do you have Gymnasium?
Yes, we have fully equipped Gyms in all buildings.
Do you have Barbeque section in the building?
Yes, we have Barbeque terraces in most of the buildings.
Do you have Cinema Theatre in the building?
Yes, we do have mini Theatres in most of the buildings in Juffair and Seef.
