The BODYWORKS Fitness Centre offers state of the art computerized equipment with fully qualified instructional expertise to guide and assist you making The BODYWORKS Fitness Studio unrivaled for safe, enjoyable exercise. Its open 16hours a day 7days a week. An appointment can be made with our qualified instructor to plan individual exercise programs for weight loss, toning muscles, building muscles or for specific sport training. The health club offers Latest Cardiovascular Machines(Treadmills,Viro, Elliptical, indoor fitness bikes) Free weights Kinesis – (Kinesis is the exclusive fitness equipment enabling you to perform 200 different exercises in a small space which uses cable resistance to improve endurance, balance, strength and flexibility.) Steam room and temporary locker facilities.

SWIMMMING POOL

For those who prefer freshwater pursuits and refreshing fun, the 25 m long outdoor Swimming Pool with temperature control, softly curving amid lush greenery reminiscent of some exotic place. Nearby, the whirlpool has been designed specially to meet the most stringent safety specifications for our young friends. Created for the enjoyment of hotel guests and The BODYWORK members, the pool is also open to day visitors on payment of an admission fee. Amenities provided include individual loungers with comfortable mattresses, sunshades, a revitalising spray and refreshing wet towels. The pool is open every day from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Enjoy a drink and relaxation in the comfortable lounge chairs after an invigorating swim in the Pool bar!

THE CHALLENGER

The Challenger is a club for children, provides a fully supervised indoor entertainment area for children .it has a DVD lounge, PlayStation with over many different games.
